+ What is the cancellation policy?

Please know we are small team and don’t have full time front receptionist and we ask to book all appointments via calling our team directly at (248) 884-0005.

In case of rescheduling/moving your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid having a $50.00 cancellation fee.

+ What can I expect at my consultation?

During your consultation our Board Certified Aesthetician will discuss your skin goals, concerns and current skincare routine. From there, we will create a custom treatment plan specifically targeting your areas of concern.

+ Do I NEED a consultation? I’ve received this treatment before!

Yes! Every new patient should schedule a conusltation with our Board Certified Aesthetician to asses your skin and to create a customized treatment plan. Also helps learn a bit more about your skin type, prior treatments, and hear more about your concerns.

+ Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes we do offer virtual consultations via Facetime/Zoom! This is recommended before you book any treatment to asses your skin piror to the treatment and recommend the best treatmet for you.
